Majin vegeta

I think Majin Vegeta is one of those iconic Dragon Ball characters that is just so good to tattoo. Such an interesting and important part of Vegeta’s character arc, and that storyline always seems to come through in the expressions when I draw him.

This one for Carl was really fun, and I think a really bold version of a very classic Majin Vegeta vibe. I actually had a slightly different version of this drawn up for the appointment but it didn’t fit the brief or the future plan as well as we liked, so I ended up drawing this on the day, right before we tattooed it. I’m glad that we did though, as Carl loved the new version and I brought in some more interesting lighting and colour choices than I had previously.

I love tattooing anything Dragon Ball, and this Majin Vegeta piece is one of my favourites.
